It really does help ease back pain! - Next I'm going to try using it twice a day for 5-10 minutes like several comments have suggested.

Working on stretching my back and increasing flexibility to resolve some poor posture issues from sitting at work too much. This definitely revealed how tight I am as my shoulders do not reach the floor the way the image shows. But after use every day I am almost there. It’s a combination of increasing flexibility in certain muscles and strengthing core. It’s not easy but it actually feels good now and my husband has started using it too. It’s made well. As pictured, the ridges on this product are very prominent. They’re very firm, and not very soft. However, it was a nice stretch on my back and released a lot of tension! Exactly what I needed. The product feels high quality and nice and firm. I took off one star for the width. I believe the product would be nicer if it was wider
