**Q: Do these goggles fit over prescription glasses?**
A: They actually fit very well.  Now if you have some of those "special looking - bug eye" glasses, they may not fit, but for your normal prescription glasses these should work well.  I saw in the Amazon description that they list the size of the glasses that these will fit over.  
They are large enough to fit over your glasses without adding pressure to your face from the glasses.  The rubber/silicone gasket that seals around your face is great for keeping dust out, as well.

**Q: Will these work with 3m half facepiece reusable respirator?**
A: Goggles very good.  They fit easily over my prescription sunglasses.
To use with item you ask about I do not know the answer.
Amazon very good on returns so I would consider ordering to see if they work.

The goggles were of high quality and really works as advertised. I work in very dusty environments and the dust posed no porblem for the goggles. In fact, cleaning under a dirty dusty lawnmower in a confined area was no problem. The goggles are very durable and perscritpion glasses fit comfortable under the goggles. The only problem encountered was although the safety goggles didn't fog up in the heat and humidity, my perscription eyeglasses did fog up. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the excellent customer service department. Taylor responded with my questions with expediency. I was looking for a part replacement which was not available. Taylor resolved the issue, no questions asked. The all around experience was Class A. Strongly recommend.
