For the price it is a true bargain. It did not seem to be quite the 10 inches, it is more like about 8&1/2, but that did not bother me too much. I was more concerned with how well we were able to sleep. Other then that, the only thing still hanging is how cool will it keep us in the Florida summer...?So far so good..... It has been quite hot thus far in old FLA this summer and I have to say the mattress does stay pretty cool. It still is not the 10 inches they claim but it remains quite comfy despite coming up a bit short of the mark. All in all I give it high marks for comfort. The quality is good but it would have been nice if it were truly 10 inches thick as it would rise just enough over the frame so you don't feel the wood frame when you move at night. It is quite firm but does not feel at all uncomfortable in its firmness. It actually has helped both of us sleep better. Overall a good solid product that passed our tests. If there are any changes I will let you know, but for now I say go ahead and grab one if you are contemplating it!
