After only taking them for a day my symptoms stopped and I could finally sleep!! I have to admit, that for the first 5 days I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night to get them into my system. I am not recommending doing this to anyone as it is probably not safe to take that many. But, I was absolutely beside myself in bed at night and just wanted to get some decent sleep. I don’t know if the aches and pains will come back, or if it is just a coincidence, but I felt I really had to recommend these gummies to anyone suffering with the same thing. For the past couple of days I have been taking the recommended 2 a day and they are still working. I’ve only had these for just over a week so it’s early days.
