A: sometimes when you go on like look up the product and instructions you might be able to find something ..

**Q: Are you suppose to hear your voice through the microphone when you sing into it? It sounds robotic and scratchy when we use it**
A: We have not tried singing through the microphone.

**Q: Is it only in Spanish**
A: My daughter just received one as a gift and I definitely can’t understand it at all. Maybe Spanish.

A: It did work on our carpet but is better on a wood floor.
