I use this with the Makita 40v power head and Makita extension pole for trimming back trees on my property line. I have not had any issues with its use in the 1+ years I’ve used it and I do not have any issues with bar oil leaking from the reservoir. One thing to keep in mind is this tool, with the power head is a bit heavy.
