I only have one small issue with them. Over time, the plastic part on the heel starts to become a bit uncomfortable. It feels like the plastic slightly deforms, which can cause some irritation, and it has even started to damage my socks. Aside from that, they are very practical for running and for general strength and weight training. The sole is soft enough for jumping, yet it is not made of cheap foam or low-quality rubber. I’ve been using this pair for a couple of years, and the sole is still firm and not worn smooth. I would honestly keep using them for a longer time if it weren’t for the discomfort caused by the plastic heel piece. If that small detail were fixed, I would say they are one of the best shoes on the site, especially for the price.
