But I decided to give this a shot, and I’m very glad I did. The recommendation for serving size, like most cereals, is 30g, meaning 10 per pack. Yes, this is small. But if you’re following keto, have it with either double cream or yoghurt, and it’s satisfying enough to more than make up for this. The cinnamon taste is present but not overkill, and you can still taste the coconut, nuts, and seeds. You can add some berries, too, of course.
