I usually wear a 6 to 6 1/2 in slippers or sandals. I wear a 7 to 7 1/2 in running shoes. These are pretty wide for my feet ...almost slipping off and I purchased smallest 6 -7 1/2 size. I would of liked them to be a bit snugger around my feet without wearing socks for summer.
