Review: Great product for the price. - I’ve ordered 3 of these now. The first one was a xxl (following their size chart) and was too big, but still kinda works. The second was an xl and fit better. I have lost some bloating weight and now need a large. Even needing to order new sizes. For this price you can’t beat the quality. I ordered these to wear around the house for back support. Wearing this for a few hours each day has really reduced my low back and lumbo-sacral joint pain. I had my belly cut open in 2008 due to a botched appendix surgery, so I had very little core muscle strength due to ignoring that area. I tho k I have some undiagnosed compromised disks due to the instability. Gaining weight since has caused a lot of low back tightness and issues. I have worn it at the gym and it does help me get proper form and more stability, but I still can’t do weighted squats because it is clear my spine is compromised and can’t take the weight. That’s not tote belt’s fault though. It is a great product. This is really well made and has survived the washing machine on hot hot and the dryer on hot just fine so far. I like that the second strap allows me to focus the support on the weakest part of my abdomen.

I’ve ordered 3 of these now. The first one was a xxl (following their size chart) and was too big, but still kinda works. The second was an xl and fit better. I am 1000% SATISFIED with this Waist Cincher Trainer..by far one of the BEST I've owned (I now have a total of 3) but this is the MOST COMFORTABLE & truly STAYS PUT when I wear it. I have pretty large breasts and and in the process of working out to lose weight. I’ve struggled with back problems for awhile and it’s effected my workouts tremendously. I was recommended this product from a YouTuber and decided to splurge to get it! Love the shape It gives me in the front and completely eases my lower back discomfort. The straps on either side help me adjust depending on how constricting I need It to be. My waist looks tiny and my back feels good. Cons: I have a long torso so I don’t think It gives me the coverage I need. Also makes my back fat look awful. I could not wear this under any sort of tight clothing because It looks like I have another pair of Tatas on my back. I wish they had a wider one for girls with longer torsos. Overall really like It for working out or hanging around at home! great quality and comfortable boning.
