There is no strength issue with it as long as you use it for its intended purpose! I used it on a piece of fairly soft metal and it worked a charm,do not push hard on it,do not try to force it,just start turning it with very little pressure and let it work its way into the surface of what you want to drill,once it has a start you do not need to push on it hard. Have a little patience and it will get thru the item you are drilling and wont bend or break. It is very simple to use and should not be a problem for anyone with a little common sense. Use a lot of pressure it is not meant to have applied to it and it will break,use it as it is intended with minimal pressure and patients and it will work perfectly and you will be happy with it!
