It comes with pot, lid, thermometer, glove, injector, rack and lift hook. **Q: Can a 5lb propane tank handle a 20lb Turkey?** A: No, I think the biggest I got in there was 15 **Q: What is pot's Aluminum thickness** A: Not exactly sure, probably around 5mm.. return question- why? Are you thinking about durability? Pressure? Melting/warping? All three aspects of the pot is fine. I used it to deep fry a 30lb turkey, a 25lb turkey, and there was still some room left to spare. The burner heat got up, and I stood there monitoring the boil temp and possible splash; everything is fine. Once done, I let the pot and oil cool, drained the oil, and cleaned it up. Everything was good to go.
