## Description

This Mandarin tree is the perfect citrus plant for patio growing. A small citrus tree, producing delicious, orange fruit with sweet flavour and easy to peel rinds. They are popular with children of all ages! Enjoy the scent of your very own Mediterranean-style citrus grove! Plants have glossy, dark green foliage, small white scented flowers and bear fruit from late spring to late summer. Supplied 5-litre nursery pot. This citrus tree should begin producing fruit within 18 months. Small scented white flowers appear in spring, followed by small fruit as the flowers fade. With the correct conditions, fruit will grow steadily over the next 6 months until they ripen. Plants can be trimmed just as the new growth starts to sprout in spring. Citrus tolerate temperatures down to -5C and will thrive in most gardens in a warm and sunny position. They are best grown in a large pot as this enables you to move them as conditions dictate. Citrus will not tolerate water-logging – they should be grown in very free draining soil or compost. Feed year-round; in summer apply a high nitrogen feed and in winter a more balanced feed. **Q: How do you say you cannot guarantee the height of a tree, a tape measure will pretty much guarantee it.  Do you have a 1.5m tree to sell?**

**Q: Hi, is the 1.5m mandarin tree really 1.5m  .. it looks to be described as 1-1.5m which means it could be a chap 1m tree, please confirm?**
A: This is supplied in a 5 litre pot, height and spread varies depending on the season and the trees themselves and therefore we are unable to guarantee the exact height of a tree on despatch.
