Took me a little bit to find the right adjustment for my shoulder (key being to adjust and find the right fit for the velcro strap that goes around the bicep/arm) but once I did it now fits like a glove. Easy recommend if you are looking some support for your shoulder. PROS Comfortable Support: The material is soft and thick and is quite comfortable wearing over my t-shirts. I tried it against skin and it is comfortable still but can be a little warm. Velcro: The velcro isn't the long scratchy pull kind...it is a very thin attachment and at least initially clings tightly. With a quality brace to support the healing process, that's exactly what I plan to do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Support, Stability for Shoulder with Completely Torn and Retracted Rotator Cuff Tendon *by A***R on June 7, 2023* From the very first time I tried using this Suptrust brace, I got some immediate pain relief, with some added strength in certain movements. It was comfortable, easy to put on and adjust and found I could wear it either on top of my shirt (if I was at home or not caring what I look like!) or it also fit well under a button down shirt, completely hidden. My only concern is that I've not (yet) been able to get the use out of it that I really need a night. Once I lay down and/or roll over on my bad shoulder, it reduces the tension and the ability to stabilize my shoulder in its socket, which is what I need to do to reduce/eliminate pain. However, it still helps some indirectly in bed as it keeps me sleeping more on my back than, on my side, thus helping to reduce pain at night. There may be a better way to adjust it when in bed, but I'm still working on it.
