Review: Love an alternative to whey protein - I love this protein powder for my smoothies. I’m not a fan of the whey protein (cholesterol issues) and this protein is a great compromise. The vanilla flavor isn’t overwhelming so you can use this powder with just about any fruit, veggie or other combination you come up with. As with any protein powder, this powder does create an extra thickness consistency that you wouldn’t typically have if you didn’t use it. I think that goes without saying, though. It does mix well! I have a sensitive stomach and no issues. It comes with a scoop, but sometimes that scoop can be buried near the bottom. Just use a utensil to fish it out.
