Overall happy with my purchase xx ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it *by A***R on 12 December 2025* One of the best bread machine, doing everything amazing kneading and baking ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing bread maker. *by G***N on 18 June 2026* I have always made my own home made bread by hand with reasonable results but a few failures and always refused to use a bread maker but as anyone who makes their own bread knows it is time consuming and labour intensive, I was finally persuaded to try one and the Panasonic SD-YR2550 bread maker makes such a diffence. The preperation is so quick with no clean up required, I fit the paddle in to the bowl ( dont forget to do this ) I then place the bowl on to my scales and weigh the ingredients straight in to the bowl, when all ingredients are added place the bowl in to the machine and close the main lid then open the top lid and add the yeast, select the program which for white bread is number 1, then the size of loaf either medium, large or extra large, then the crust colour, light, medium or dark, if you are baking immediately just press start, you can also set the time you want the program to finish with the timer, up to a13 hour delay. It takes me 5 to 6 minutes to add the ingredients and start the process, it used to take about 3 hours of preperation by hand as you have to go through the mixing, kneading and proofing which is all taken care of by the Panasonic. SD-YR2550 Since using the bread maker I have baked about 30 white loafs and about 15 fruit loafs without any failures. I can not recommend the Panasonic SD-YR2550 bread maker enough. If I have to pick one small thing I would change is I would like to have a window in the lid to be able to see the operation in progress.
