Review: Not as powerful as i think it was promoted. Its strong enough to pick up nails off the floor or in loose sand. Not sure it can raise anything of any weight from the bottom of a lake or stream. I used mine to pick up nails and screws around the perimeter of my house in the dirt while my house was being built. Kept flat tires from being a daily repair in the construction site.

**Q: If i put 2 of these magnets facing each other,Will they pull or push each other I'm trying 2 find 2 powerful magnet that will push each other  away  .**
A: Did not try to see if they would push each other away but the pair I bought attached themselves together (clumsiness on my part) with the top portion of my little finger stuck between them and I could not remove that finger by myself I had to call for help & the finger developed a sizeable blood blister - Had I not received help I would have lost the tip of my finger!

**Q: Can someone recommend magnets to be mounted and towed behind a small boat to cover more area?  Thank you.**
A: Generally towing behind a boat is not the best way to use fishing magnets. The magnet has to be within inches of the object to snag it. If you tow it behind a boat it will bounce along the bottom and miss a lot of objects. Best way to use magnet is to toss it out and slowly retrieve. This way you can feel a bite and get the best hook up. If you are on a boat you can bob the line up and down while drifting.

**Q: is it strong enough for a sentry safe opener?**
A: Mr Locksmith opens the save with a 300lb magnet smaller diameter and bigger thickness.
if these 2 features have an impact?
I personally would say It should be enough if the strength is equivalent.
But i am not a specialist this regards.
