I'm 48 with sentisive, combination skin with some sun damage (wrinkles, dark spots). I've tried countless moisturizers. They usually made me break out, dry my face, irritate, or just didn't do anything they advertised to do. I've been using this cream for three weeks, and while I can't say that my dark spots are lighter, or my wrinkles less noticeable, I can say for certain that my skin is very smooth, soft, and blemish free! This did not cause break outs! I also have no flakey patches or oil slicks. A small miracle for me. It has just a slight fresh scent, not a strong perfume smell like a lot of others, and feels oil free. It smooths on nicely, and leaves no residue at all. My face just feels soft and moisturized. Lovely! If I had to find one flaw, it'd be that it could be a little thinner consistency. It's rather thick, making you use more pressure and product to spread it around. I've only been using it a week or two but already I've noticed one big difference. I mostly use it at night before bed. I haven't noticed my wrinkles disappearing before my eyes (and I have a lot - I'm 64). But, I do notice that when I shower in the morning my face feels especially smooth and younger.
