It’s like a hurt me so good kind of thing.If you had lipo this is a great in between for the lymphatic drainage massages.I use this on the days I don’t have a massage and I do 2/ weekly. It’s great for breaking into some of those harder fluid areas - just be careful at first then speed up as you roll towards your lymph nodes and add some more pressure.
