**Q: If these 2 override keys got lost, what should I do?**
A: Same question lost keys and forgot the code I used, any luck so far?

**Q: What are the dimensions? Will this lock safe fit legal size documents?**
A: The dimensions are listed in the pictures… but to answer your question, unless you fold them, they will not fit.

**Q: How to use the digital keypad to open the safe box? any tips for using this cabinet safe box**
A: Remember to press Button "E" after you entered the corrected pass code. If you entered wrong pass code many times, you need to wait for 5 minutes for another enter (during this period, you could use the override emergency key to open the safe)

**Q: My son locked the keys in the safe and the keypad battery is dead. Any suggestions?**
A: There is nothing you can do. My daughter locked her keys in the safe before we were able to set the code so I emailed the company about it and they told me there was nothing that could be done. We ended up having to pry it open to get the contents and throw it away.
