Overall, I really like it. I would give it 5 stars but the only drawback that I have is that it dispenses slowly-much slower than my older one. (Not sure if that is by design or not, as perhaps more bubbling up might rock it more.) It is very lightweight, and I'm a bit (overly) sensitive to putting the 5 gallon bottles on it, but overall it has held up well so far. I really like that it can stay plugged in (behind a big desk), and I can turn on either the cold or the hot features at will, which is the reason I decided it to try it. I also like that it is rather small and compact and doesn't take up a lot of space. I think some had mentioned that it makes the water taste like plastic, so I was forewarned. It did do that in the beginning, but I followed the instructions, and that did go away after maybe a month or so (maybe sooner, I can't recall). ### ⭐⭐⭐ Small convenient *by S***J on Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2022* Love the size and it the ease of use.
