After several months of use via the instructions, the cap stopped working. I emailed the company on their homepage under the tab "contact us". This was on a Sunday afternoon and the company's customer service is open only Monday-Friday. By 10:30am the next day (Monday) I had a phone call from "Greg" who gave me simple and complete instructions how to send back the product. He assured me that they would expedite the repair/replacement. Three days after I knew they had received the return (tracked it thru UPS), and again this was on a Sunday afternoon, I emailed them to ask about the status. I had a reply by noon the next day saying it was already shipped back to me and they included the tracking #. We received a brand new cap and battery pack along with a solid carrying case! (the case was not part of the original order:). Now for the second part of this review. My husband and myself have been using this laser cap since the middle of September 2019...I just wanted to be proactive and have stronger hair, my husband had quite a lot of thinning at the crown (balding).
