I researched the market and came across these and I'm glad I did. I never realised I had a high arch, since using these for last couple of months I've not had shin splints once. It's also more comfortable than the stock insoles in one of my boots. It's thin, light and has the cushioning support in the correct areas. I just wish it was cheaper though so I could buy multiple pairs to save me having to swap them out. I would advise to definitely follow instructions to measure your arch in order to buy the most appropriate pair. I just stepped on a wet shower floor and then onto paper.

I ordered these after doing some research and these seemed the best, my son plays high level football and is in his boots up to 16 hours a week, after purchasing him a new pair of ‘expensive’ boots I was surprised when he told me they hurt the soles of his feet, hence why I purchased these inner soles, they have worked instantly, I will be purchasing more in the future.
