**Q: is this a dual sim card phone?**
A: No, only the global version is dual-SIM.  On the plus side, this version supports an SD card.

**Q: It reads my sim card but no service. What should i do? Take it to metro?**
A: Your provider has the final say about what works and what doesn't. If they say it is a valid sim card, and the phone is valid on their service (the N10 should be), then it may be a problem with the phone itself...

**Q: Will this phone work with at&t?**
A: Yes, with a caveat: AT&T (and Verizon) have chosen a version of 5G that is incompatible with the version used by the N10.  You'll be stuck with 4G service.

**Q: Is this phone Volte compatible for net 10 users?**
A: This phone does support VoLTE, but I haven't tried it on net 10.
