Great fit, no modification to fixture. Just remove old florescent and put in leds turn on and go. That is it, great. Two times brighter, seems like. Can see much more than than before while working. They are tougher than florescent, but not unbreakable, as shipping provided. Diameter of led bulbs is a bit smaller but that does not mean anything at all, except easier to handle. ### ⭐⭐⭐ You will not have to squint form the brightness *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2017* Yes they work, but only as a replacement in an existing florescent fixture. Most GOOD LEDreplacement tubes have you bypass the ballast. It would be nice if they would explain this to you in the listing.I replaced my 34watt, 2650 lumen tubes with these 2350 lumen bulbs. Not even in the ball park.These are closer to 1000 lumens (2-40watt incandescent bulbs).
