**Q: Is it really waterproof?**
A: The material is like a nylon, so yes, but cheap zipper. Broke after a few uses.

A: I dont see why not.  It is a wee bit on the small side for a pack, but it worked well for my 5" cell and large bifold wallet and pen and some cash.  ....waist belt adjusts to fit waist sizes 23 to 45.3 Inch.

I bought this specifically for a trip to Universal Studios and it did not disappoint. It is lightweight and held everything I needed each day at the park. This one is just fine to keep on you for most things at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. However, if you're going to Epic, even though this is still a great option, you can't have anything on you AT ALL. But lockers are provided, and they are not very big. However, this fanny pack fit into them perfectly, along with my husband's as well. I didn't get a chance to test out the waterproofing, so I can't speak to that. The ONLY thing I will say is that throughout the day, the strap would loosen as I was walking, so the fanny pack would sag. That didn't bother me, but if you want it to stay snug in a certain place, this one may not, depending on what you are doing.
