A: It does leave a wet ring. I would not try wet poultice on butcher block. There are other alternatives.

**Q: will this remove a hot sauce stain?**
A: This stuff is amazing if directions are followed. Have never used on hot sauce stain
but would surprised  if it didn't work.

**Q: Would this work on an ink stain?**
A: Sorry. No this would not work on ink. Wet Poultice is for oil based stains.

A: Only if they are oil spots.
