The sand itself is the poorest moldable sand we've ever owned. It's dry, crumbly, and messy. It lacks both the cohesiveness of the original Moon Sand and the fluidity of Kinetic Sand. The molds are incredibly thin, cheap, and small. You'll find better ones at the dollar store. The inflatable play mat came apart at the center seam the first day it was put to use, and the tiny pump included with it was broken straight out of the package. The storage container is as poor as everything else in this set. It arrived with a crack in the bottom. The handles are not attached to the sides and fall off every time children open it. All in all, I should have bought a small Rubbermade container, filled it with DeltaSand, and foregone the "extras." ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for the price. *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2018* Daughter loves the moon sand (as she calls it)... it is soft and stays moist. I haven’t had it dry out yet. But if it does I’ll add bit of water like they suggest. The toys that come with it are nice. Can make cute shapes etc. has a small shovel and rake and pyramid and castle and crab and so on. Lots and lots to use!!! My only negative comment is the actual Mat that comes with this. It’s suoer cheap. Made in China... yes it inflates but it doesn’t stay inflated. And? It got a hole already bc my daughter and her little friend wanted to inflate it themselves... guess what? Kids cannot he left to inflate it bc it will break. It broke at the opening bc they pulled too hard. It’s cheap. So... gotta be gentle and let and adult only blow it up or you will end up with a flat inflatable broken etc. super fast. It’s ok. Can easily buy a small cookie tray or something from your kitchen like baking sheet. Something that has bit of a side to it. The kids can dump the sand in there and so the same thing. Just sad that the inflatable was broken so quick. ### ⭐ Sand and toys are fun! But the blow up tray is horrible! But the blow up tray.. has a pin size hole in it as soon as we opened it! So we had to put tape on it. We’ve onlyHad it for a week. The seams of it are coming apart now. Also, half of the sand was dried out so bad. It wouldn’t break apart. So I added a little water to try to break it up.. and that made It worse! If he wasn’t attached the toys already.. I would’ve returned it! Customer service hasn’t responded to my emails about sending a replacement either. I was going to order more sand.
