The size 8mm is what kawasaki uses for the most part on the handle bars and several other spots on the handle bars **Q: is the hole wide enough to use a m10 bolt?** A: I don't believe so. IF you look at the pics on RAM site you will see the bolt head fills the opening of the ball. **Q: Works on a bmw 310 Gs 2020?** A: I had this mounted to my 2018 BMW G 310 R, and it worked great. I'd imagine it would work just fine for a G 310 GS. **Q: Will it fit a ktm super duke?** A: Should fit. Just installed one on my KTM Duke 390. 2016 model. I moved the mount over from my 2012 Ducati Multistrada and it fit perfectly.
