**Q: Does the foot rest in the front retract under the seat?**
A: When extended you turn the pad upside-down as it slides underneath. It fits really well and moves smoothly

**Q: The massage works when plugged in but not when unplugged the leaflet With it says to charge the chair up, suggesting it doesn’t need to be connected?**
A: It has to be powered but you can run it from a phone charger battery as I do because it’s USB😀

**Q: How do you stop the chair tilting forwards ?**
A: Mine doesn't tilt forwards. Are you sure it is built correctly?

**Q: Is it possible to not use the armrests?**
A: Yes, it is possible not to sue the armrests...
