The foam was SUPER soft, but it has a small motor for vibration that you could feel through the soft foam and that made it uncomfortable. The vibration was crazy loud on high and noticeable on low. I returned it for a refund. (Also, it looked like it was a return already.)But...I loved the soft foam, and I can't find anything else like it. I also loved the size and the way it supported the sides of my back as well as the back.If I could do it over, I'd keep it, take out the motor, and fill the space with foam from the worn-out pillow I'm trying to replace.
