**Q: Are these breathable to dry corn in like like a true old potato sack?t**
A: I don't know. Burlap may not be the same material as potato sack material. I think the latter is made of finer material and woven tighter than burlap can be.

Yes, this is suitable for most adults as well.

**Q: Are the bags permeable to water?**
A: I am unsure they held up really well with the Halloween party that we used them for.  They have amazing strength not a cheap bag that rips easy.   I don't know the answer to the question about water.  I was surprised for the price how strong and sturdy they are.

**Q: Weight limit what is the weight limit?**
A: Sorry, I’m not sure of the weight limit - I used them to cover my roses from winter frost last year.  I would say they seem sturdy but for not more than 75 lbs for hopping if I had to guesstimate.  They don’t seem cheaply made.
