When I turned on the water, I heard water running, but thought "well, it has a tank, it's filling it from empty" but before long, I saw water on the floor and shut it off. It turned out that the filter was not pre-installed, and even worse, the shutoff valve inside that you're supposed to use when changing the filter, was wide open. Major fail! Once the filter was installed, and the floor was dry, all seems good. Dispensing is a little slower than I expected (apparently it's gravity fed?), but it gets the job done. The compressor is dead silent. The only way I could tell it was working is that the water was getting colder. I wouldn't mind if the water got colder than it does, but it's reasonable. Its used probably about 10-15 times a day and have had no complaints. Hot and cold water works great. I have it in an office with about 7 people and never had an issue. Update: Been using it for about 2 years now and literally no issues. The Filter will get stuck and then you stop getting water but just change it out and it'll fix the problem.
