The end result is that they all seem to look the same....mountains, lakes, buildings. It just doesn't have the same effect as a glossy page-a-day calendar. I liked the idea of seeing pictures from all over the world each morning, but I find myself not getting very excited when each page looks like the one before it.Also there is no plastic backing on this calendar, besides the cardboard underneath it.
