The instructions were good. Lots of reviews saying the instructions are terrible - maybe they've improved them since then. There are only a few pieces of hardware so it's pretty easy to understand which piece goes where. We used this for a foamboard wedding welcome sign (24x36") and it looked nice and did the job. Customer service was great and gave me a full refund without having to return the two. I got an amazon credit and ordered the easels again.
