I found them very helpful and friendly. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Stopped working *by J***Y on Reviewed in Canada on 26 November 2020* Installed it a month ago and Two of the sensors stopped working...Not a good experience... ### ⭐⭐ Not fully functioning although connections are right *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on 15 April 2018* I bought this item for a 2018 Ford Kuga. Installation wasn't too hard, and I installed them in the OEM locations.I installed the obd connections for the speed reading, and the power switch just in case I need to turn the system off. Both work correctly, so at 10 mph it actually disconnects, screen and sound.I have the following problems:- Sometimes the system is super slow to detect obstacles. The obstacle would be sitting there for sometime and then suddenly the beeping starts.- Sometimes the system doesn't shut up! I move away from the obstacles and it still reads whatever last reading it was at! The only way to resolve is to manually turn it off then on again (thank God for the switch!).- Rarely does the system work as intended; picks up obstacles correctly, clears the distance meter correctly, etc... But that is on rare occasions.- I've used the 12 degrees seats for the sensors in case they were picking up readings from the ground/road, but that didn't make a difference. They clearly weren't facing downwards in the first place.- I contacted Rostra technical support via the online form but no one responded to me.I really need help here please. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Useful, but somewhat challenging to install *by T***O on Reviewed in the United States on 3 June 2020* Running wiring and drilling firewall is a little challenging, along with finding the correct "hot" wire so the unit shuts off with the ignition. Also, there were no instructions in the package. I got additional direction from YouTube.
