**Q: Does this fit a standard screw in handle?**
A: Define "standard." I had no choice but to order the handle that is made specifically for this sweepa head. Every "standard" broom handle I tried from Lowes, Home Depot, Lowe's et al were ALL too small and would NOT fit in this head.

**Q: A telescoping pole such as is standard for a paint roller would fit this? I need to rake leaves from a carport roof.**
A: That is exactly why I ordered mine.  It will fit a standard telescoping pole.  However, I found the rubber tines are not long enough to really rake the leaves from the carport roof.

**Q: What is the gap size between the tines?  I’m looking for a rake that can gather small acorns out of the lawn.**
A: The tines are tapered, so the gap is wider at the points versus the gap where the tines are attached to the bar.  The gap size at the pointed end is 3/8".  The spacing at the base of the head, or bar where the tines are attached, is 1/4".   Hope this helps.

**Q: How long are the rubber tines ?**
A: The rubber tines are exactly 2 inches long with an angle at 1.25 from the base. Remember, this is a rake head only-- you'll need a standard broom handle that screws in. It's very high quality and does a great job on carpets.
