It is a great shaper. The body briefer does not feel as snug and is a little more natural looking it still shapes well but I find it more comfortable for everyday wear **Q: Why is the size chart for shoes?** A: Size Small hips 34-36" (dress size 4-6) M 39-14" (8-10) L 42-44" (12-14) XL 45-47 (plus 14-16) 2xl 48-50" ( plus 18-20). **Q: Are the seams on the torso visible under clothing?
