However, these vitamins are the most complete vitamin and mineral supplement without fillers I know of today. They are made from whole foods, superfoods and herbs with added vitamins. I'm sure because they are made from these incredible ingredients there is folic acid but in small quantities. If you need folic acid, I would recommend these vitamins and adding folic acid supplement. I'm an anti-aging nurse and have been for 10 years.
