Ran them out of the box on a 4 mile trail run and no blisters/problems of any kind. Have run them a few other times as well and these shoes feel very stable and sturdy. They have great traction on the limestone hillsides in Texas. We actually had rain just after I got them and they handled the little bit of mud nicely.These are neutral shoes. The materials seem to be well-made and engineered to provide comfort and support while being very stable, even for a 200+lb runner. Definitely some of the best shoes I've ever had and for the Prime price are now top of the list. My size 12D is a little small lengthwise but a 12.5D might be too long for my preference. Width seems perfect and my foot does not shift side-to-side in the heel, arch, or toe areas. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome trail running shoes *by C***O on Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2014* I bought these before a Gagnar Trail race, jogged in them twice before the race and they worked great. I was expecting some blisters since they were not properly broken in, but none at all. We got a flash flood in middle of the race and these shoes fit so snug they did not slip off even in deep mud. I would recommend these to any trail runner. I turned my ankle 2 times, that is much more than my old la sportiva pair. I will try the dynafit feline ghost.
