## Features

- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮: All the flavour. None of the caffeine. Decaffeinated tea can taste a bit wishy-washy, so we had to pick the base tea very carefully. Because Sri Lankan Ceylon is woody and a little astringent, it's still a tasty caffeine-free tea. We use the CO2 process to keep as much flavour as possible.
- 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗪𝗲 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄: Our blends are made from tea grown around the world. Each region brings different characteristics to the cup. Our Decaffeinated Tea uses bright, woody, Sri Lankan Ceylon as its base.
- 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗔 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵: Tea leaves come in many forms, but only one matters to us - rolled whole leaves. Our blends are made using the fresh bud from the top of the tea bush, and the first two leaves. These leaves are the smoothest and sweetest, and rolling them rather than chopping them into dust let's them keep all of their flavour and natural oils. It's like the difference between freeze-dried instant coffee and real, freshly ground coffee beans.
- 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗔𝘄𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲: The best cups of tea are all about the perfect ratio of leaf to water, temperature, and brewing time. Rolled whole leaves take a minute or two longer to brew but the finished cup is definitely worth the wait. Our tea bags are filled with exactly the same rolled whole leaves you find in our loose leaf tea, and are portioned per blend to match the most popular cup size – 12oz (300ml). We've taken the guess work out of brewing tea so you'll find the ideal brewing times and temperatures on each pack of tea. Whether you prefer loose leaf tea or tea bags, you’ll get a cracking cup of tea every time.
- 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆:Since 2012, we have been on a mission to modernise how people drink tea. The tastiest, rolled whole leaves with the right kit to make brewing simple with no guesswork. We run our own factory in Manchester, England where we hand pack every box of tea with pride. We source our tea directly from tea growers so we know exactly where every single leaf comes from.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this organic?**
A: It's not organic {we're working on that one at the minute} but it is Rainforest Alliance certified - wahey.

**Q: How strong is this please? I usually drink builders tea strength but have been disappointed with the strength of decaff loose tea bought to date?**
A: I suspect that you would be still be disappointed. If I make a 15oz/42.6cl pot with two absolutely-heaped teaspoonsful of tea and let it brew for 10 minutes, I find that it is just about acceptable. I continue to buy it for no reason other than that I have failed to find anything that I consider to be better

**Q: do you still add milk?**
A: Yes. Just use like normal tea.

**Q: How many cups would this box make please ?**
A: We recommend 5g per serving for an ultimate flavour! Meaning the 113g box will get you about 22 cups :) Let me know if you have any other questions.
