It arrived in good condition. The process is very simple, and it really does make excellent coffee. I had tried brewing hot coffee and cooling it down to make iced coffee with terrible results. After doing a little research, I discovered why. The cold brew method gets rid of that disgusting acidic flavor and just leaves you with a pleasant, flavorful cup that is perfect for an afternoon pick me up. This is essentially the exact same thing as more expensive available options. I love that I can use my favorite organic coffee and I love to put some vanilla bean in to flavor it. I find cold brews to be very high octane so I drink it in much smaller quantities than regular coffee. This carafe easily lasts me a week. It takes some patience when adding water as it needs to strain through the grind but it's worth it to have a week's worth of coffee in 24 hours. LOVE IT!
