I did not reach out to them for a replacement. I just posted it as a review. They turned around and contacted me apologizing for the product and to affirm that the item must be defective. They replaced it and shipped it to me for free. The new one works like a charm and is not giving me any problems. Great keyboard and easy to use with the multi color led lighting. If you ever wanted a keyboard with LED back lights at an affordable price, this is a nice beginner keyboard.The LED's are too bright or too dim. The light intensity is about perfect. The keys are smooth and aren't very loud at all. This is your basic keyboard with no programmable G-keys. The LED colors do not change or strobe. There is no adjustable stand under the keyboard to adjust the height of the keyboard.
