Review: Pleasantly impressed - I don't understand the bad reviews. For me, it worked wonders. The taste is pleasant and the effects already show after 2-3 weeks of usage. You have to respect some rules for it to be effective, for example avoid eating or drinking anything for an hour after you take the pill; avoid taking it immediately after using mouthwash (it kills the both the bad and the good bacteria); avoid hot drinks (prevents the good bacteria to colonize). If you take it correctly, it works. I got rid of bad breath and white tongue. Also use tongue scrapper, warm saltwater gargles and coconut oil pulling for good hygiene. Just ordered mt second bottle. Oh and by the way,the product is vegan, it says so on the label.

**Q: How should I take the product?**
A: The Oral Probiotics are best taken at night before bed (the last thing after brushing. etc). Best to let DISSOLVE, with minimal chewing. Avoid food/drink for 30 minutes to allow the bacteria to populate.

**Q: Will it affect them working properly if I use a mouth wash twice per day?**
A: We suggest mouthwash or flossing BEFORE use to allow the probiotics to have time to populate in the mouth and do their work. Using a gentle, alcohol-free mouthwash, such as our OraRestore, that does not kill beneficial bacteria will work.

**Q: How long do oral probiotics take to work?**
A: Everyone’s oral health is different. The first task is to balance the oral microbiome—letting the good bacteria crowd out the bad. Then as a healthy balance is restored, the oral cavity is able to heal and repair to a good states.

**Q: Can you take these when you are already taking a probiotic for gut health?**
A: Our oral probiotics target only the mouth, not the gut. Therefore you may use them with a regular probiotic for gut health. You can even simply hold them in the mouth, swish them around for a minute or so, and then spit out any remains.

**Q: Does it contain any allergens?**
A: The product is free of gluten, starch, soy, wheat, dairy, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, and sugar-free.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped strep in its tracks

I actually did not purchase this for oral health but in a last ditch attempt to cure my recurrent Strep throat infection. After 4 rounds of antibiotics my strep infection returned yet again, and after some research I found that a probiotic strain (Salivaris K12) had been effective in fighting strep in a study. I therefore ordered for next day delivery and within 24 hours of taking (I must admit I took more regularly than recommended dose due to the purpose of use) my strep was cleared. I have continued to take as per the label since and my strep has not reappeared. In my view this is a miracle product and has done what antibiotics couldn’t
