Although I am wearing them by themselves, they give me the option to put over prescription glasses as I may need to when my post-cataract-surgery eyes settle down. And they are not as tight-fitting as many wraparounds, which for me is good: I wear them when walking or driving so don't need them to be super secure, but do need more air flow so they won't be as hot or fog up so much. They are reasonably attractive and give extra sun coverage with "side lights" on the wide temples.
