Review: UPDATE: Cheap toys - Update: the company reached out after my review. Let me just say, I am beyond impressed with their customer service! Constant communication, very friendly. The company refunded me the amount I spent on the toy. Not only that, but they sent a whole new set-FOR FREE! I was not expecting this at all. USA Toyz really does pride itself in customer service and stands behind the items they sell. Needless to say I will be buying from them again in the future. Oh, I also received a thank you card from them in the mail. I have never experienced customer service like this. Thank y’all! -———————— One light saber broke within five minutes of light use. Lights wouldn’t turn off on the other one unless we took batteries out.

Just assembling one side, it sheared off above the threads to screw it in place HOWEVER, the company has fantastic customer service, and even a year later they continued to reach out to me, and they replaced them for free, and included a great set of little cars (whipz duo). The swords won't last too long, as I am already being attacked by my grandkids and that's just how toys go with small kids, but the kids love them and are worth the laughter and fun we are having. It was my fault it took a year, things have been insane and I didn't see the messages until now.

I loved that this came with two! Both my kids were happy and the price is great. 3 modes of play is nice because the sound is loud and can get annoying. You can play with the toy with lights only and they change colors! Perfect for a birthday gift! My kids are 4/7 and enjoyed playing with these
