Despite several emails with the manufacturer I could not get either to work again. The manufacturer doesn't appear able to solve the problem. Then yesterday I took one out just to try again. Guess what? I got 2 readings out of it. That was it. Shows green light so Bluetooth ok, but will not record again. Interestingly an error message came up on phone (Samsung A31) which I've not had before - "low energy device". I presume that means the Kardia is a low energy device?
