**Q: Can the lumbar support pillow be removed? Conflicting answers**
A: No it can not be removed

**Q: Does this chair rock?**
A: It rocks and swivels. It is very comfortable and the "leather" is nice and thick (easy to clean too). The only down side is: I keep 3-4" objects under the front of the arm rests on the floor to stop it from rocking (dipping down) forward as I get up. I'm a senior and I feel safer with a non moving chair when rising from a seated position. No one else commented on it; I think it's just a personal preference, on my part (being 70).

**Q: If the power capability'dies', is it repairable?**
A: It only has a one year warranty. My chair stopped working after one year, so unable to repair. They refused to send parts. Very poor quality!!
