**Q: Can this be used for HE washing machine?**
A: Yes run the temp around 127 degrees and you can us it on a 3 bed 2 bath without dropping heat I will tell you you CANNOT run the washer and shower at the same time

**Q: I installed your unit and it gave me a error message. I wrote to the seller and had not reply???**
A: Did you dismantle it at all?  I put the little white cartridge in upside down and had a problem, but turned it over and it ran fine.  You might want to check what error message it was and maybe we can help a bit better.

**Q: Can I put a plug on it without have to wire it in?**
A: Install to manufactures spec or you will void your warranty.

**Q: I have well water that comes in cold around 52 -57 during the winter months, Would this work for a dog bath tub?**
