This is truly the most unique blend of ingredients I have ever come across. Used it for the first time in a marinade for a simple roasted chicken. Believe me, the results were out of this world. I'll be experimenting with this seasoning for a long time with many different recipes. I heard about this spice from a friend.  I received my package quickly.  the Kona Spice is delicious.  So far I've tried it on New York steak and chicken.  It was delicious on both.  It's just the right combination of flavors--and not too salty or peppery.  Guessing this will be my new go to spice.
